Delivery & Returns


Port Stephens Packaging runs its own fleet of company owned and operated vehicles ensuring personalised service from uniformed staff that know and care for our customers. The Port Stephens region is serviced daily and being local, emergency deliveries are regularly made should the need arise. Regular deliveries are also made to Newcastle, the Greater Hunter Region and the Central Coast.

Deliveries are free for orders over $100. Additional charges may apply depending on delivery location.

Please note: Equipment or bulky items may incur additional charges and may be delivered by 3rd part couriers.

Claims for breakages and shortages must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Request for goods to be returned must be received within 7 days of invoice.
  • Authorisation Number must be obtained before goods can be returned.
  • Special Orders or Custom Print orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • A Restocking Fee of 20% may be applicable on all returns.

Property of the invoiced goods and all previously invoiced goods remain the property of Port Stephens Packaging until all outstanding debts owed to Port Stephens Packaging are fully paid and settled.
